Our services are provided during the following hours:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed (emergency services available)

We make every effort to maintain scheduled appointments but reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations to avoid charges.

In no event shall TIDYFOX Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TIDYFOX Ltd excludes all representations, warranties, obligations, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the information provided.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TIDYFOX Ltd and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in London for the purpose of litigating all such claims. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
